Once I place my order what can I expect?
After placing your order online you will receive a confirmation email. Once label is created you’ll receive a
tracking number. Orders shipped via Fedex or UPS must be signed for upon delivery by someone over the age of
21. Contact courier for further details.
What State can I ship my order to?
Vintage Liquor ships wine and liquor to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, MA, MN, MO, NC, ND, NJ, NM, OR,
VA, WA.
Vintage Liquor ships nonalcoholic beverages, accessories, glassware, gift, tools etc to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Why is shipping not available to my address?
Due to state regulations, we cannot ship alcohol to all states.
How long does it take for my items to ship?
Please allow up-to 72 hours for online orders to be processed. (Business Days)
Can I edit my order after placing?
Unfortunately, no modifications can be made to the order once its placed.
Do you offer Same Day Delivery?
Vintage Liquor offers same day delivery within a 3 mile radius of each location. Enter your address at checkout to
see if you are eligible for Same Day Delivery. ($10 fee)
What if I’m not home at the time of Delivery?
All delivery orders must be signed for and received by someone over the age of 21. A phone call will be made
before delivery is sent out, to confirm address. Please note at checkout if a third party will be receiving the order
or If you will not be present. We can hold your order up to 72 hours. After 72 hours orders will be canceled.
If delivery was confirmed and no one was present a additional $10 delivery fee will be charged.
How do I know if my order is ready for Pickup?
Phone number is provided at checkout. You’ll receive a call or text advising your order is ready for pick up.
What is the Processing time for Pickup Order?
Processing time can take up to 24 hours depending on the Vintage Liquors location. Please check store hours.
Is there a Service Fee for Pickup?
No Vintage Liquor Store charges for In-Store Pickup or Curbside.

Vintage Liquor requires ID to verify that you are 21+ years of age, and to verify that you are authorized to pick up

What is your return policy for Online Orders?
Vintage Liquor only accepts returns on certain items within 48 hours from when package is delivered. Email
info@vintageliquor.com for more information.
Is there a fee?
Yes, there is a $25 shipping label fee and a 10% restocking fee.
Is my order eligible for returns?
All accessories + non alcoholic beverages items are final sale. Please email info@vintageliquor.com for more

Can I purchase an item online and return in-store?
No all online orders must be refunded through the website.
I received my order damaged. What should I do?
As soon as damaged order is received please contact us at info@vintageliquor.com within 24 hours of
signature date and provide images of the damaged item.
My order contained the wrong product or was missing a product. What should I do?

How will I know my order is confirmed?
Once order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and receipt.
How can I cancel my order?
Send email to info@vintageliquor.com if your order has not been processed you can cancel your order with no
