Noces d’Albâtre is particularly well-developed on the nose, both mellow and subtle. Its delicate aromas offer notes of candied fruit and sweet almond, combined with light vanilla and delicately spicy touches. It has a soft, almost honeyed flavour with heady alcohol. An impression of floral fragrance, such as honeysuckle and hyacinth, comes through in the finish. Lingers wonderfully on the palate.
