Firstly, on the nose, Larceny C924 offers an enticing bouquet of toasted caramel, vanilla, and brown sugar. Also, with subtle hints of oak and cinnamon. The influence of the wheat mash bill shines through. Lending a gentle sweetness to the aromas that balances the higher alcohol content. A sip brings forth bold flavors of dark fruit—think ripe plum and cherry—intertwined with butterscotch and maple syrup. The mid-palate reveals a layered spice profile, with notes of clove, nutmeg, and a touch of pepper that create a warm, lingering finish.

The mouthfeel is full and viscous, coating the palate with a rich texture. This is a bourbon with depth, where each sip reveals new nuances. From sweet caramel and vanilla to complex spices and wood tannins. Given its proof, adding a few drops of water can open up even more flavors. Softening the heat and enhancing the oak and spice notes.
